The factory houses an independent R&D center with a 15-person professional technical team. Strict Quality Control: Food-Grade Standards Protect Every Batch of B2B Orders
For products that come into direct contact with food, Naike Group prioritizes safety and has established a comprehensive quality control system encompassing raw materials, production, and finished products:
Raw Material Traceability: We only use food-grade wheat fiber powder that meets the GB 17408 standard, combined with food-grade PP additives. Each batch of raw materials is accompanied by a third-party testing report to eliminate inferior materials.
Process Inspection: Six quality inspection nodes are set up throughout the production process to monitor product molding accuracy and surface smoothness in real time to prevent problems such as burrs and cracks.
Finished Product Inspection: Each batch of finished products undergoes food contact safety testing (including formaldehyde, heavy metals, and plasticizers), durability testing (drop and abrasion resistance), and biodegradability testing. Our product defect rate remains consistently below 1.5%, far below the industry average. Naike Group products have passed major global food contact certifications:
